**Requirements**:
Preferably several years of experience in banking but a recent graduate with the appropriate economic education & drive is also possible.

**Technical experience**:
Mandatory:

- (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF)

Desirable:

- MS Office

**Business experience**:

- Relevant economic education: e.g. economics/accountancy/taxation, business management.
- Commercial experience is definitely a plus

**Soft skills**:

- An economic education is an important condition for entry into this position.
- The business world and everything related to it fascinates you strongly.
- You are also an 'entrepreneur' in your job: you are creative, work efficiently and put the customer first.
- You perform optimally in a pleasant environment and a close-knit team.
- Your ideal job includes ambitious objectives that you can easily achieve, even when there is some pressure on the kettle.
- You communicate smoothly and correctly with the RM (Relationship Manager) and fellow ARM'S (Assistant Relationship Managers), but also by telephone with customers.
- Colleagues and customers can rely on your orderly, disciplined, responsible way of working.
