Lancer le projet en clarifiant et en alignant les parties prenantes sur les objectifs, le périmètre, les hypothèses, les dépendances et les impacts.
Assurer une communication claire et concise avec l?ensemble des parties prenantes (ex. : métiers, architectes, équipes de conduite du changement, infrastructure, équipes applicatives, etc.).
Planifier le projet en allouant les ressources et compétences nécessaires pour garantir une exécution optimale.
Organiser et animer les comités de pilotage ainsi que la coordination de l?équipe projet mobilisée.
Suivre l?avancement du projet en respectant le périmètre, le planning et le budget définis.
Assurer la livraison du projet avec un niveau de qualité conforme aux attentes, en atteignant les gains prévus, dans les délais et les contraintes budgétaires fixés.
Identifier et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés, en mettant en place des actions correctives adaptées.
Anticiper et gérer les risques associés au projet.
5 ans d?expérience dans la gestion de projet
Expérience prouvée avec des méthodologies Agile, Waterfall et Hybride
Capacité à faire le pont entre le Business et l?IT
Expérience dans la gestion de projets web et data (algorithme)
Expérience dans un rôle End-to-end couvrant toutes les dimensions d?un projet et les parties prenantes
Expérience de collaboration avec des profils ingénieurs/techniques
