**Your mission**:
As an FP&A analyst, you play a key role. You assist corporate divisions in reaching fiscal targets and guide critical decisions through in-depth financial evaluation.
The FP&A analyst partners with departments to help meet financial goals. You contribute by developing analytical tools and financial models for revenues, expenses, and profitability to inform business decisions. Independently, with team support, you undertake financial analysis for key projects shaping the future of Lineas.
The FP&A analyst duties also include managing daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, along with preparing ad-hoc business analyses and recommendations based on your financial expertise.
In Financial Planning, the FP&A analyst examines data, creates forecasts, and studies patterns to estimate profits and losses.
Assuming the role of a Process Owner, the FP&A analyst review the monthly and year-end closing for your respective domain.
Also, you actively monitor the end-to-end process, proposing improvements and simplifications to existing processes. As an FP&A analyst, your contribution is crucial to the strategic direction of Lineas.
**What is your profile?**:
You hold a master's degree in economics or a similar business-focused area, along with some early career experience. Your skills include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a customer-focused attitude geared towards creating value. You can work independently under pressure, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and are accomplished in delivering presentations.
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Navision, Anaplan, PowerBI, or similar tools is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
**What do we offer you?**:
The FP&A analyst position offers a full-time and unlimited contract with a salary package from 54.887 to 73.183 including your 13th month, contingent on your knowledge and experience. There is also a variable annual bonus.
As part of the benefits, you will receive a company car with a fuel card or a fiscally interesting mobility budget. The insurance package includes hospitalization insurance, private accident insurance, group insurance for guaranteed income and pension. Also, meal vouchers and eco vouchers are provided.
Your home internet expenses are covered, and you receive net expense allowances. You will have 23 days of leave (with an extra day after 1 year of service), 9 ADV days, and 1 day of experience leave for every 5 years worked.
