This newly created role sits within the FP&A function and reports to the FP&A Manager, with a focus on financial reporting, cost control, and product level analysis.The role offers strong exposure to complex trading activity and close collaboration with commercial and operational teams, making it well suited to an analytically minded finance professional looking to develop in a high growth environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare management accounts and internal reporting packsProduce product level P&L and perform reconciliations across fiat and crypto balances, revenues, trading volumes, and feesValidate product level revenue streams including spreads, fees, funding, and commissionsInvestigate and resolve P&L or position discrepancies with trading, commercial, and operational teamsCollect, verify, and challenge revenue inputs, ensuring accuracy across multiple business unitsMonitor, track, and analyse operating costs, margins, profitability, and cost attributionOwn the mapping and allocation of revenues and costs to business units and cost centresAct as a finance partner by delivering variance analysis, financial insights, forecasting support, and decision guidanceStrengthen internal controls over financial reporting, data flows, reconciliations, and financial disciplineSupport process automation, ERP and reporting system enhancements, and contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projectsQualifications2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial control, product control, or FP&AStrong understanding of core accounting principles; Belgian GAAP knowledge is a plusExperience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reportingStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similarFamiliarity with crypto concepts such as wallets, transactions, and revenue types is advantageousAnalytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication skills and ability to work cross functionallyComfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving environmentTalent Precision Group is dedicated to fostering a culture of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
