Context

As a Risk and Process Analyst, you will be supporting the activities of the department Private Banking Belgium and act as expert for operational incidents for internal stakeholders.

Your position
- Coordinating and promptly analyzing risk events and their root causes, adhering to risk management guidelines.
- Skillfully managing operational errors & incidents to ensure seamless departmental operations.
- Reporting and escalating as necessary, following established protocols.
- Assess potential risks for all processes and determine control objectives
- Analyze and present quarterly results to internal teams.
- Follow up on open incidents and mitigating actions
- Offering varied operational support for Private Banking queries on order management and system parameters.

**Profile**:

- You possess a Bachelor or Master's degree with a couple of years experience.
- You bring a proactive and pragmatic mindset to the team.
- You exhibit effective communication skills, facilitating seamless interactions both top-down and bottom-up.
- You showcase robust analytical skills, demonstrating your capacity to investigate, evaluate information, and contribute decisively to the decision-making process.
- Full fluency in either Dutch or French, with an excellent command of English.
