**Description**
- Etablir le planning des réunions de clusters liées à l'ERP (Purchase, RH, Projets l ogistiques,.) et envoyer les invitations aux participants avec le contenu de l'agenda
- Tenir à jour les informations liées au projet à mettre à disposition des groupes sur le sharepoint
- Apporter son support dans la réalisation des procédures de fonctionnement liées à l'outil ainsi que dans la création des nouveaux documents de travail(bon de commande, demande de prix, bon de réception, contrôle d'outillage,.)
- Participer aux réunions de coordination et établir la feuille de route qui en découle.
- Etablir le lien entre prestataires externes ERP et responsables de clusters.

**Votre profil**
- Profil junior idéalement avec une formation initiale de bachelier en communication, en marketing digitale, informatique,
- Première expérience idéalement de minimum 1 à 2 ans
- Bonnes connaissance en office 365 (Word, Excel) et idéalement sur un système ERP Business Central
- Rigoureux, sens de la communication, flexible, intérêt porté au monde du digital, capacité et intérêt à développer des compétences de base dans l'utilisation des logiciels environnant Business Central de Microsoft au travers de formations internes et externes.
- Connaissance de l'Anglais requise pour une communication orale et écrite niveau C1
