**Opportunity to join a growing project in our company based in Zaventem, Belgium.**:
**Position Purpose**:

- To drive the strategic workflow activities daily, providing support and expertise in the production of IQVIA Belgium and Luxembourg data services
Support and drive Belgium based projects by implementing positive change to support business initiatives.
- Coordinate offshore teams to deliver high quality outputs
- To be the source of knowledge for what data is held where, how data is structured and how data is moved between systems
- To constantly be looking for ways to improve data quality that lead to improved customer satisfaction
- To think creatively to generate new solutions and make improvements to current processes that deliver value to our customers

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Develop a specialization into relevant IQVIA Belgium and Luxembourg data sources
- Coordinate with various offshore groups in case of any issues with data and arrive at quick resolutions
- Act as escalation point between offshore teams and internal commercial stakeholders
- Lead complex pieces of data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions
- Support all Production functions where need arises to ensure on time delivery to clients
- Support the wider organization by providing pertinent information to allow investigation of data quality and production issues
- Develop user story business requirements using Jira, creating test plans and executing UAT
- Contribute to team effort through communication, cooperation and coordination across IQVIA

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- At least 5 years experience
- Strong data knowledge, analytical and project management skills
- Highly numerate with an unconditional love for data, numbers and analytics
- Knowledge of SQL, SSIS and Python
- Good data analysis skills with understanding of data management and ETL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interpret and present complex concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously
- Experience working on projects using Agile type approaches preferred
- Good experience of using a Data Visualisation Tool (Microstrategy, Qlik preferred)
- Desired (but not essential) some awareness of big data and associated tools
- Desired (but not essential) some Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
