**We're hiring | Finance Manager - Wavre | Hybrid work**

Are you a hands-on Finance professional looking for your next international challenge?

Join us as **Finance Manager** and become the right hand of our CFO, **overseeing a financial scope covering the US, Mexico, and the UK** within a fast-paced, multi-entity services company.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead the **accounting operations** and closing process (statutory and consolidated)
- Coordinate with local fiduciaries and external auditors
- Support **payroll**, tax and subsidy accounting
- Ensure accurate **reporting & compliance** across countries
- Contribute to **knowledge sharing and teamwork** with the CFO and local team

**Your profile**
- 10-20 years of experience in accounting, including **5+ years as Chief or Deputy Chief Accountant**:

- Proven **technical expertise** and a “hands-on” mindset
- Experience in a **service company** and working with **foreign entities** (USA required)
- Comfortable with **consolidation**, **audit processes**, and **subsidy accounting**:

- Strong collaboration skills - able to work closely with internal teams & external partners
- Fluent in **French**and **English (min. B2-C1)**; Spanish is a plus
- Tools**:Winbooks**, **Excel**; BI and Zoho are a plus

**We offer**

**CDI/Permanent contract**, full time (40h/week), **1 RTT/month**

**Hybrid work model** (Wavre HQ + home office)
