En Belgique, il est particulièrement connu pour ses marques leaders dans l'hygiène domestique.Le Brand Marketing Manager est responsable du développement et de l'exécution des retail-specific go-to-market strategies et des initiatives de local marketing, tout en agissant également comme Key Account Manager pour un portefeuille de clients retail néerlandophones, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Sales et les équipes cross-functional.• Gestion d'un portefeuille de marques multi-catégories (home care, personal hygiene, textile care, dermo-cosmetics) et adaptation des stratégies selon les spécificités marché• Élaboration et exécution du local marketing plan, aligné avec la global brand strategy et les objectifs commerciaux• Développement et mise en œuvre de retail-specific go-to-market strategies en collaboration avec le Head Office Marketing• Rôle de Key Account Manager pour des clients retail néerlandophones : gestion de la relation commerciale, négociations et suivi de la performance• Analyse des performances commerciales et des données marché (Nielsen, Kantar), avec recommandations d'optimisation• Collaboration cross-functional avec les équipes Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product et Creative, et support aux product launches et activations retail• Très organisé(e), structuré(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément • Fort esprit d'équipe, appréciant le travail dans un environnement collaboratif et cross-functional • Trilingue : français, néerlandais et anglais courants (oral et écrit) • À l'aise avec les chiffres, l'analyse de données et les indicateurs de performance • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, idéalement dans le secteur FMCG • Expérience confirmée dans des fonctions commerciales en contact direct avec les clients • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et PowerPoint pour l'analyse, le reporting et les présentations • Solides compétences en project management, avec la capacité d'allier vision stratégique et exécution opérationnelle • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et gestion des parties prenantesSalaire mensuel brut fixe : selon expérienceSystème de primes : Bonus annuel payé en warrants à 60 %Chèques-repas : 10 € par jourFrais forfaitaires : 220 € netOrdinateur portable : OuiGSM : OuiNombre de jours de congé : 20 + 10 jours supplémentaires, 5 jours entre Noël et Nouvel An ; possibilité de demander 2 semaines entre mi-juillet et mi-aoûtFermeture collective : Entre Noël et Nouvel An (5 jours)Avantages complémentaires : Homeworking toute la semaine sauf lundi ou le mardi, team meeting convivial une fois par mois Français, PowerPoint, Management, Néerlandais, Optimisation, Go-to-Market, Finance, Développement, Trilingue, Brand Developement, Marketing, Hygiène, Market Data, Communication, Key Account, Analyse des données, Vision stratégique, Négociations, Activités créatives, Commerce de détail, Présentation, Vente, Rapport, Analyse, Product Launches, Adaptations, MS Excel
