Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) Marketeer

- What You Will Do & Achieve
- The I&I Marketeer will drive, co-develop and co-implement the I&I BU’s omnichannel strategy, consisting of creative digital and non-digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the other country brand leads, brand managers, patient outcome partner/manager, and other functional partners.- He/she will collaborate with all marketing, sales and medical roles to rethink and strengthen the I&I portfolio approach and provide direct support to the CBLs/brand managers and their cross-functional teams (incl. Medical, Health & Value / Market Access, Regulatory, etc.).-
- He/she will implement the plans bringing customer interactions to the next level.-
- He/she will share and gather knowledge and best practices with/from other BU’s and from omnichannel marketing teams above country and externally.-
- He/she will think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.-
- He/she will successfully increase our customer impact for Inflammation & Immunology through new digital channels and further optimization of current non-digital channels.-
- He/she will collaborate with the local digital colleagues across BUs and will represent I&I internally as the digital point of contact.-
- This is an individual contributor role.-
- Possible location: Brussels, Ixelles. This position is not eligible to relocation.- How You Will Achieve It
- Drive, Innovate, Develop, Implement and Coordinate both TA & Brand overarching, cross-functional projects in collaboration with the team, such as:
- Brainstorm and support new and creative growth strategies for our portfolio-
- Coordination of digital and non-digital projects & initiatives across therapeutic areas and brands-
- Follow-up I&I KPIs and the integration of new digital channels & optimise non-digital channels-
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (metrics and KPIs)-
- HCP portal (PfizerPro): creation and management of content-
- E-permission: drive e-permission collection for Rheumatologists, Gastro-enterologists and DermatologistsAcquire medical & compliance approval prior to roll-out- Qualifications- Master in Marketing, Science, or equivalent experience-
- Min. 1 to 3 years proven working experience in Marketing and/or Omnichannel Marketing-
- Able to understand strategic business needs and customer insights and translate them into clearly defined digital and/or non-digital marketing campaignsDigital campaign management (planning, launch, ad testing, etc.)-
- Reporting, analysing, and providing actionable insights for internal teams-
- Fluency in Business English as well as Dutch or French, with a mínimal requirement to understand and communicate in both languages (NL & FR, obviously understanding one will be more native than the other)- The following qualifications are a plus:
- Experience in pharma policies, procedures and compliance-
- Digital Marketing Certificates-
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Adobe Analytics)- Personal characteristics- Team player, track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions-
