They have achieved FDA success with a few of their programs, which are now launching into further markets around the world. The portfolio ranges from preclinical to approved products, with multiple new indications currently being explored across multiple rare indications.About the RoleThis role is an exciting opportunity to join as an Indication Lead, sitting in the global clinical development group. This newly created role would lead clinical development for one of their numerous indications and work on translating the Target Product Profile into a clinical development plan. This is a collaborative role working cross-functionally to maximise the potential of the asset for the given indication.We are looking for candidates who have the below experience:Medical Doctor with specialty education preferred in immunology, Neurology, or RheumatologyClinical development experience in immunology, Neurology, or RheumatologyIn-depth understanding of end-to-end (Phase I to registration) drug development with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the pharma/biotech industry as well as clinical practice.Proven interpersonal skills in a global and intercultural environment, including leading through influence without necessarily having direct reporting lines.Proactive problem solver with strong negotiation skillsRare Disease or Orphan Drug experience will be beneficial but not essentialA willingness to work operationally and "hands-on" when required to get tasks completedA desire to work in a biotech environment which can be fast-paced & demanding, whilst also being able to adapt to any strategic changes in pipeline direction.Please apply with an up to date CV for consideration.
