Executive Director, Marketing Europe – Pharma Revolution Medicines is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead marketing and commercial strategies across Europe. This role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, oversee product launches, and ensure alignment with regulatory, market access, and commercial objectives. Commercialization Strategy & Product Launches Europe At national, regional, and global levels, interact with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales teams to analyze clinical trial data and develop commercialization strategies. Integrate core product positioning and value proposition based on clinical data and insights in collaboration with country and global teams. Oversee planning and execution of new launches in Europe, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, global strategy, regulatory requirements, and market access needs. Ensure patient and physician needs are identified, understood, and addressed effectively and efficiently. Work closely with Regulatory & Market Access teams to facilitate smooth launch execution and successful HTA & national reimbursement processes. Support Market Access Europe to navigate European Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA). Provide meaningful strategic input to Global strategy and projects. Provide meaningful input to regional and national Commercial/Medical/Clinical/Regulatory projects. Marketing Europe Lead identification and evaluation of opportunities and challenges for launches in European countries. Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive expansion and market entry. Conduct in‑depth market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and identify key trends to inform strategy. Develop strong and integrated Brand Plans, including marketing strategy and tactics in collaboration with all teams. Develop aligned performance metrics in collaboration with global and national teams. Work with internal teams and external vendors to develop regional tools and projects supporting countries, aligned with global strategy. Represent the company at conferences and meetings to promote medicines and the company mission. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in oncology/solid tumors. Engage with KOLs to gather insights, validate launch plans, and support market development activities. Enhance the company's scientific and commercial credibility in Europe. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress of marketing and commercialization. Foster an environment of curiosity, creativity, and idea generation to propel success. Contribute to the development of a best‑in‑class organization and culture across Europe. Required Skills, Experience and Education Deep understanding of the biotech landscape and oncology treatment structures, preferably in one of the major European markets. Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in biotechnology, life sciences, or business administration. Minimum 15 years of experience in market development, marketing, product planning, or commercial strategy within biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with focus on oncology. Experience launching and commercializing products in European markets, with preference for major markets. Track record supporting Market Access in European HTA and reimbursement processes (e.g., JCA, AMNOG, HAS, AIFA). Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with significant project management capabilities. Excellent communication, customer interaction, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and work with global, regional, and national cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific societies. Experience working in fast‑paced, innovative, clinical‑stage biotech organizations. Ability to translate deep scientific understanding and customer insights into creative strategies. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
