**Senior Project Manager**

Fonction:

- Acquérir la connaissance de la structure du projet en vue d'appréhender l’interdépendance et le phasage de ses parties
- Comprendre les besoins du client et la documentation (scope, budget, planning) du projet afin d’élaborer des solutions adaptées
- Rédiger et réviser les documents divers (appel d’offre technique, cahier des charges, rapport d’analyse, planning ), selon la phase du projet, sur base des données d’entrée reçues, notamment la documentation technique disponible
- Assurer la conformité technique vis-à-vis des besoins du client en respectant les règlementations applicables
- Gérer les éventuels fournisseurs et sous-contractants du projet.
- Prendre en compte les desideratas additionnels et les remarques levées par le client en cours de projet
- Organiser et gérer les réunions de projet (avec ou sans le client) afin de clarifier les éventuelles ambiguïtés dans la documentation, présenter les résultats obtenus, valider les solutions technologiques proposées et recueillir l’avis du client. Le but est de garantir la satisfaction du client
- Respecter les échéances des délivrables convenues dans le projet
- Lever les éventuelles anomalies rencontrées et proposer des contre-solutions.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe projet et veiller à la cohérence globale du projet
- Contribuer à la documentation et au transfert du projet finalisé vers le client
- Respecter la confidentialité entre projets différents.

- La direction sur les projets qu’il/elle gère en tant que Project Manager
- Un-e Project Manager sur certains autres projets
- Collabore avec:

- Les autres Project Managers
- Les autres Project Engineers

Profil:

- Master en ingénierie ou équivalent
- Expérience pertinente de chef-fe de projet dans le domaine ferroviaire
- Maîtrise professionnelle (écrit et parlé) du français, du néerlandais, et de l’anglais.
- Passion pour les métiers techniques ferroviaires.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Être flexible et polyvalent afin de pouvoir mettre la main à la pâte dans les projets - éviter les raisonnements « en silo ». Le Project Manager ne s’occupe pas que du budget et du planning, il gère les aspects techniques également.
- Être prêt à faire le « last mile » pour atteindre les objectifs projets et de prendre des initiatives dans l’intérêt du projet
- Être capable de travailler en équipe
- Avoir des capacités de synthèse et de rédaction
- Avoir un sens d’équipe et des responsabilités
- Connaissance de la gestion de projet et des processus qualité applicables dans le domaine ferroviaire.
- Capacité à allouer et exécuter les tâches du projet allouées dans les temps impartis, en assurant la conformité vis-à-vis du client
- Capacité à organiser son travail, à déterminer les priorités, à gérer les points critiques lors d’un projet
