**The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities**:
Performing professional facial treatments tailored to the individual needs of each guest
Providing a wide range of body treatments, including massages, body wraps, and scrubs
Carrying out various hair removal techniques, such as waxing, with care and attention to guest comfort
Advising guests on skincare, maintenance routines, and recommended products
Creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere within the spa
Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
Collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth spa operations
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance skills and product knowledge
Maintaining a hygienic and well-organized workspace in accordance with the highest standards
Actively promoting and selling beauty and wellness products to guests
Keeping accurate guest records and treatment notes to support personalized service
Assisting with the preparation and execution of spa packages and special promotions
Identifying guest needs and suggestions to continuously improve service quality
Profiel
**your job profile as a Beauty therapist**:
You hold a recognized qualification and/or have at least 2 years of experience in beauty treatments
You have a strong affinity for luxury cosmetic brands and high-end treatments
You are driven and ambitious, committed to exceeding guest expectations together with your team
You are flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays
You possess excellent social and communication skills, with a strong focus on hospitality
You are a true team player, solution-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
You take initiative and are confident in taking responsibility
You place great importance on personal grooming and a professional appearance
You have excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a valuable asset
You are commercially skilled and capable of recommending products and services in an elegant manner
You work discreetly and professionally, with a strong commitment to high hygiene standards
You are eager to continuously develop your skills through training and education
