Beauty therapist

The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:

- Performing professional facial treatments tailored to the individual needs of each guest
- Providing a wide range of body treatments, including massages, body wraps, and scrubs
- Carrying out various hair removal techniques, such as waxing, with care and attention to guest comfort
- Advising guests on skincare, maintenance routines, and recommended products
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere within the spa
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth spa operations
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance skills and product knowledge
- Maintaining a hygienic and well-organized workspace in accordance with the highest standards
- Actively promoting and selling beauty and wellness products to guests
- Keeping accurate guest records and treatment notes to support personalized service
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of spa packages and special promotions
- Identifying guest needs and suggestions to continuously improve service quality

**Profiel**:
your job profile as a Beauty therapist:

- You hold a recognized qualification and/or have at least 2 years of experience in beauty treatments
- You have a strong affinity for luxury cosmetic brands and high-end treatments
- You are driven and ambitious, committed to exceeding guest expectations together with your team
- You are flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays
- You possess excellent social and communication skills, with a strong focus on hospitality
- You are a true team player, solution-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
- You take initiative and are confident in taking responsibility
- You place great importance on personal grooming and a professional appearance
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a valuable asset
- You are commercially skilled and capable of recommending products and services in an elegant manner
- You work discreetly and professionally, with a strong commitment to high hygiene standards
- You are eager to continuously develop your skills through training and education
