LIVE EXTRAORDINAER

For the BoConcept brand store in Brussels, Avenue Louise, we are looking for a sales associate.
- As a sales associate you’ll be responsible for driving sales by giving customers a unique, extra-ordinary and friendly customer experience.
- You serve and sell to customers in-store based on product knowledge, a service mindset and all available systems.
- You become an ambassador of our Interior Design Service and conduct interior decoration service visits.
- You build strong relations with customers and handle administration and communication around quotations and orders.
- You maintain and update the showroom and facilities according to the guidelines

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU ?
- You are a natural sales talent and you enjoy day to day customer contacts
- You have affinity or previous experience in interior design
- You are genuinely customer focused and keen to deliver an exceptional and differentiated customer experience
- You enable solutions and take ownership towards customers and the team
- You are fluent in FR/NL/ENG
