Your team and your responsibilities:
The Light Commercial Vehicle Business Unit is responsible for:
1/ leading the Product & Marketing Planning of new Toyota LCVs with the target to deliver the best products for the European markets while ensuring the achievement of our business objectives.

2/ developing the Pan-EU Toyota Professional strategy and secure its implementation across Europe.

3/ coordinating with Stellantis the contractual commitments across TME divisions, monitor the progress of planned activities as well as to define the future of our strategic LCV alliance.

**Your responsibilities**:
Support the Light Commercial Vehicle Business Unit team with their LCV strategy development & standards implementation across Europe:

- LCV Performance & Market analysis:

- Track market LCV performance identifying risks and opportunities;
- Carry out market & segment analysis of the LCV market with focus on 4 segments: Compact Duty Van, Medium Duty Van, Heavy Duty Van and Pick-up;
- Research scope includes all EU28 & Eastern countries (Turkey, Israel, etc) and competitor’s performance analysis for the above segments;
- Support the Toyota Professional (TP) brand & Customer Promise implementation:

- Track market implementation of the customer promise on their website & in their network;
- Conduct benchmark / competitors’ best practices research for future updates;
- Research & suggest ways to improve Visibility and customer journey/experience on the national websites;
- Monitor & report out progress of Network readiness:

- Update and send out on regular basis our tracking report (LCV Spider chart) for all countries;
- Support the LCV Team with:

- dedicated meetings/events with markets across Europe
- meeting materials (presentations, studies etc.)

to facilitate discussion with markets & Internal parties and allow easy follow-up on their implementation plan
- Help with the preparations for the Mystery shopping project;
