- HQ in Brussels. In this role, you play a crucial role within the driven and growing Consumer Business Unit of the group.

Are you the enthusiastic Go To Market & Segmentation Manager we are looking for?
**Your key role & responsibilities**:
- You will head the Consumer Business Unit’s go-to-market practice and delivery factory by being responsible for the development of the customer segmentation value proposition and the way to push it on the market.
- You work in close collaboration with the marketing, communication and commercial teams.
- You manage the commercial timeline, consumer stories, proposition campaigns and launches to realize market, volume and value growth targets.
- Your key responsibilities? Develop the customer segmentation value proposition; steer go-to-market strategy and anticipation; steer go-to-market ROI management; head commercial timeline and campaign delivery: head commercial content and sales integration; lead the consumer go-to-market marketing team; and more.
- As such, you take a strategic role by integrating (long-term) targets, recommend specific actions/projects, manage analyses of integrated consumer commercial timeline, define commercial campaigns etc.
- You will source and recruit a multidisciplinary team of marketing experts and managers - maximizing company return and team satisfaction.
- You will report directly to the Marketing Director of the group.

**The ideal profile?**
- You hold a University degree or equivalent by experience
- You have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in marketing management in a complex environment.
- You have an energetic leadership style, with the ability to inspire all levels.
- You possess excellent strategic thinking skills and ability to cope with complex issues.
- You have the ability to bring structure and timely decisions leveraging the set governance.
- Challenger drive, as an attitude and skill to achieve results.
- Ability to create momentum in a complex matrix setting.
- Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change and ambiguity.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communications skills
- You speak fluently Dutch or French and English.
