Your team and your responsibilities:
As a member of the Talent Management team, you’ll play an important role in the further growth of TME and unleashing people’s and the organization’s potential. The Talent Management team leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework, P&I policy design and governance.
You will report into the Senior Manager and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.
**Your responsibilities**:
You will be the key owner of our blue-collar Talent Management policies and processes. These will include:
- Job Evaluation and Grading
- Career management (promotion policy, exit framework )
- Performance/competency management
- Corporate skill development strategy
This means you will be responsible for the policy design and process mapping and you will collaborate closely with our business partners to secure a smooth implementation. In addition to this, you are responsible to propose new and exciting ways we can improve in order to unleash the potential of our blue-collar workforce
