Your team and your responsibilities:
You will join the Lexus Europe division, in the Lexus Network Team. Primary role of the network team is to secure a solid Network foundation with customer centric facilities, tools and programs to deliver the Lexus experience and generate a sustainable business.

**Your responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Network Development Senior Specialist that will:

- Define and lead the Lexus Select (Used Car) strategy and programme. Follow up markets roll out and report to management status on both performance and program implementation
- Strategic development to facilitate the transition towards a carbon neutral network. Study, define and support the framework of Sustainable Retailer strategy and guidelines. Analyse digital and physical point of sale solutions to support the strategy, including competitor benchmarking.
- Define and own Lexus Authorised Retailer & Repairer standards in line with Brand & Lexus Experience strategy. Update Retailer/Repairer Brand Guidelines (secure correct retailer & repairer branding)
- Manage and procure the Lexus Retailer Concept (RC20), Standards and components including relevant signage programmes.
- Define & develop new assets for the retail environment (physical, digital, services) - procure content and/or templates and/or physical POS materials (e.g. Showroom graphics, dedicated POS, Story Telling/Brand Gallery Wall)
- Optimise retailer/repairer sales and service processes at the facilities to deliver amazing experiences and retain a sustainable profitability
