**The impact of the role**:
As a Product Manager, you will have a crucial role in providing strategic leadership by guiding cross-functional teams and prioritizing features, all while ensuring user-centric innovation through data analysis and agile development to create successful tech products.

**On a given day, a Product Manager spends time in**:

- Actively participating in stakeholder meetings to shape project direction, align on product strategy, goals and upcoming features.
- Co-creating Product vision with the client teams & internal teams.
- Prioritizing feature requests and refining the product roadmap based on business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to discuss ongoing development and address any roadblocks.
- Identifying project resources needs, including necessary team members, skills and expertise and alignment with the corresponding stakeholders.
- Communicating updates and progress to cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Reviewing user feedback and data analytics to identify trends and insights.
- Participating in user testing sessions and gathering feedback from customers to validate hypotheses.

**Requirements**:
**In order to be successful in this role you will need**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or other relevant field.
- Possess a strong technical background and understanding, preferably by previously having assumed an engineering role.
- Experience in managing projects effectively, setting timelines, allocate resources and ensure deadlines are met.
- Previous experience in guiding cross-functional teams and driving collaboration in Technology Company
- Excellent stakeholder management skills & ability to communicate effectively across different levels.
- Experience working with Agile or Safe Methodologies.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
- Ability in interpreting data, analyzing metrics and using insights to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product strategies, requirements and updates to various stakeholders.

**Amazing if you have**:

- A Master’s degree in digital product management
- Strong understanding of the mobility/automotive industry, including market trends, competitive landscape and user behaviors.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or any similar certification.
- Experience launching products in international markets.
