**Your responsibilities**:
As a **PM**, you'll drive impactful projects and shape our product roadmap by:
**Project Management**
- Understanding user & business needs
- Aligning with stakeholders and defining project roadmaps
- Setting project success metrics
- Collaborating closely with developers and challenging solutions
- Writing user stories & functional specs
- Testing, validating, and following up post-launch

**Product Processes**
- Managing user feedback systems
- Prioritizing backlogs to maximize value
- Participate in weekly scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with product/development teams

**Must-have requirements**:

- **
2+ years** as PM or PO or similar product role
- Fluent in **English** + **French or Dutch**:

- Passion for **UX/UI & product development**:

- A **problem-solving mindset** and hands-on attitude
- Comfortable with **tech discussions & data analysis**

**Nice-to-have requirements**:

- Experience in **peer-to-peer marketplaces**:

- Understanding of the **French market**:

- Background in **business analysis**
