We offer a stimulating and inspiring environment, full of opportunities for evolution in our family. **Key Responsibilities**: **Business Quarterly Review (BQR) Preparation and Analysis**: - Oversee the meticulous preparation of Business Quarterly Reviews (BQRs), collating and synthesizing data from various departments. - Summarize and present crucial insights gathered from different departments to create a comprehensive overview of business performance for senior management. - Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), emphasizing sales metrics like Average Transaction Value (ATV), transaction volumes, and conducting comparative analyses between 2019 and 2022. - Perform in-depth analyses to discern trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the data, providing actionable insights to facilitate decision-making processes. **Coordination and Communication**: - Coordinate and facilitate conference calls, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, preparing detailed agendas, and managing discussions to comprehensively cover all relevant topics. - Take meticulous notes during meetings, documenting key points, action items, and decisions made, and subsequently, prepare concise yet comprehensive summaries for distribution among relevant stakeholders. **Business Project Management**: - Engage actively in diverse business projects, actively participating in learning and testing phases to grasp project goals, objectives, and milestones. - Conduct thorough analyses of project progress, evaluate results, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, actively identifying potential challenges and proposing strategic solutions for project success. **Qualifications and Requirements**: - Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis tools, and project management methodologies. - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. **Duration and Benefits**: - Duration: 3-6 months - Hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, and strategic decision-making within an esteemed organization. - Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, fostering skill development and industry insights. - Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain exposure to a global business environment. **Job Type**: Internship Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Project Management: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - French (preferred) - Dutch (preferred) Work Location: In person
