Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employeesAs a Business and Talent Manager Internship , you will have full responsibility for creating, developing, and managing your business portfolio. You will be in charge of your clients and consultants:Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needsDevelopment of existing customersParticipation in the negotiation, or renegotiation of the customers' contractsAnswers of RFP and RFQFollow-up of the consultantsRecruitment and Management of the consultants.Rather than a diploma or extensive experience, it's your state of mind that will allow you to reach your potential and meet the target with TaleoProfileYou have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic, and results-driven.Your communication skills, fun attitude, and results-oriented way of working are important assets to succeed in this missionGraduated from a Business School or University, you have a first experience in a fast-paced BtoB environment (or consulting)You are fluent in French and English.We attract top talent and empower them with the right environment to excel and drive collective success.Why should you join us?
