As an **intern Buying Assistant** you will support our Buying team on all commercial and production activities.
Are you an organizational and administrative talent?

**DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING TASKS**:
- You will work in close collaboration with a Buyer and a Buying Assistant.
- You will be responsible of administrative tasks related to product listing and order tracking.
- You will be in contact with suppliers on regular basis to ensure on-time deliveries.
- You will handle shipping labels and other items needed for order production and delivery.
- You will take care of the management of the samples (organization, reception, sending).
- You will assist in all stages of the collection's development.
**Experience, skills and competences**
- You have a background or education in Purchasing or Business.
- You are fluent in at least one native language (Dutch/French) and English.
- You are an excellent communicator on all levels.
- You have a commercial instinct as well as an affinity with fashion.
- You work well under pressure, you are flexible and pragmatic.
- You have an eye for detail.
