**Internship Financial Management**

**[Internship for students currently enrolled in a Master’s degree, 3 to 6 months, Brussels]**

**Your role & work environment**

As part of Financial Management, our purpose is to provide reliable and explainable financial information to our stakeholders through the accounting process by insuring compliancy with accounting principles within a robust Accounting Control Framework.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Deliver the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financials, including analytical review and explanation.
- Change Management: Monitor pro-actively continuous improvements in data and processes; support new product implementations by advising on implications for Finance; testing new developed features.
- Act as a connector and manage business relations with Business (Front and Back Office) and Finance Business Advise.
- First contact for (external) auditors. Ensure quality and correctness of information to external auditors and regulators.
- Tax related activities: fiscal returns, corporate income tax calculation, monthly VAT declaration, Bank Levies.
