You'll be at the forefront of guest communication, informing them about our top-notch facilities and competitive pricing. Become a key player in the organization by assisting in every aspect of event planning, from A-Z: preparing site visits, creating offers, handling deposits, drafting contracts, and coordinating with all departments to ensure flawless execution of events. Showcase your creativity and proactivity by supporting the team with administrative tasks and taking on various commercial responsibilities that will challenge and develop your skills. Your Ideal Profile? You have strong administrative skills and a knack for organization. A proactive and creative mindset is your superpower. You're a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve great results. Your communication skills shine, and you can confidently interact in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus You’re currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Events Management, or a related field and are available for a four to six-month internship starting from August or September 2026.
