**Job description**:
We are looking to expand our team with a full-time or part-time (80%) dynamic and motivated logistics coordinator. As the main responsible for our laboratory logistics, you will take a key position within the functioning of the lab, including tracking stocks, ordering, receiving & arranging lab materials and functioning as the main liaison for suppliers and vendors. In addition, you will integrate within our team of admins and offer help with daily lab management tasks such as planning meetings and events, onboarding and offboarding of team members and general lab administration.
- Organizing, tracking and ordering laboratory supplies and equipment
- Reception of deliveries
- Collaborate with the other admin team members to provide general administrative support
- Strong sense of responsibility

**Your profile**:
**Essential**
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English, at least basic knowledge of Dutch for both written and oral communication
- Enthused about working in an exciting, young, dynamic and multicultural environment
- Dynamic, driven and eager to learn
- Enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with a team for larger projects
- Accurate, proactive, and flexible multitasker
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude

**Desirable but not required**
- Basic knowledge of laboratory practices
- Experience with logistics
