Imaging Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator with a focus on Logistics within our Imaging department

Responsibilities:

- Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
- Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - OUS and US.
- Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
- Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out.
- Organization of device inventory and related supplies
- Managing inventory software system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (required),in health sciences/related field
- Knowledge of ECG/Imaging devices preferred
- Team-player with great communication skills, detail oriented and well organized, strong time management skills and ability to multi task to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
