- As a Cost Controller, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company’s economic and operational performance, relying on key indicators. You will work close from operational departments and play a central role in monitoring margins, controlling costs and supporting teams in improving processes._
Your key duties will be to:
- Analyze sale performance, project margins, and backlog accuracy to identify improvements opportunities,
- Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate standard cost valuation,
- Track manufacturing performance, non-conformities, and production costs to drive efficiency,
- Conduct variance analysis on production and purchase prices, proposing cost-optimization strategies,
- Provide monthly financial reporting and follow-up on corrective actions with managers,
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute to cross-functional projects for process improvement.
- You own a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with min 2 years’ experience with Finance and/or Accounting
- You are rigorous, methodical and detail oriented with an analytical and synthesizing mindset,
- You are an IT literate,
- You have strong organizational skills,
- You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is an asset.
