Helaas heeft dit ook dikwijls een invloed op de agenda van onze bestuurdersOp zo’n momenten komt het er dan ook op aan om onze bestuurders op een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke manier verder te helpen zodat zij op dat ogenblik ervaren dat zij met Arval de juiste keuze hebben gemaakt.
Aan jou om dan de schadedossiers van onze de klanten van A tot Z af te handelen en op te volgen.. Hieronder een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opening en opvolging van de schadedossiers van onze klanten en zorgt er voor dat de klant een perfecte dienstverlening krijgt.
- Je verzamelt de nodige documenten gaande van aanrijdingsformulier, politieattesten, verzekeringsdocumenten,
- Je leest en interpreteert alle ontvangen aanrijdingsdossiers en gaat op zoek naar de juiste hersteller, de nodige expert en je verwittigt de makelaar en/of verzekeraar
- Je blijft het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de leveranciers en derde partijen om het hele dossier te coördineren voor de accountmanagers
- Je bewaakt samen met de collega’s van repairmanagement mee de herstelduur
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de interne en externe klanten en leveranciers en houdt iedereen op de hoogte van de voortgang van het dossier.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale verdediging van de belangen van de bestuurder.
- Je bent contactpersoon voor de makelaars
- Je neemt actie om de klachten naar tevredenheid op te lossen
- Je beheerst de afspraken uit de SLA’s op jouw vakgebied en komt ze na
**Wat zijn basisvereisten voor de functie?**
- Bachelor diploma financiën / verzekeringen
- Zeer goede kennis van beide landstalen Nederlands en Frans
- Commerciële ingesteldheid
- Nauwkeurigheid en stressbestendigheid
- Analytische ingesteldheid
**Wat verwachten wij van een claims management officer?**
- Klantgerichtheid om zowel jouw interne klanten (accountmanagers) als externe klanten (bestuurders) te begeleiden in hun schadedossiers en terugvorderingen.
- Oog voor detail en opvolging alsook transparante communicatie om met de verschillende leveranciers en derde partijen (v.b. makelaars, juristen, ) de lopende dossiers zo goed mogelijk te kunnen coördineren, beheren en af te handelen.
- Verantwoordelijkheidszin. Jouw interpretatie van de dossiers heeft zijn weerklank op het verdere procedureverloop. Jouw kennis en expertise zijn van groot belang in elke behandelde case.
- Resultaatgericht en kunnen samen werken om zo de eigen alsook de teamobjectieven te behalen
- Dynamische persoonlijkheid om de nodige input te kunnen geven aan het team, collega’s en klanten om zo de betrokkenheid te vergroten
- Iemand die belang hecht aan respect en hulpvaardigheid
