Quality Coordinator

**Your Role**
In this role you will be supporting the local QHSE manager with various administrative tasks to ensure that efficient administrative processes are followed up and executed. You are responsible for maintaining and updating our document management system, managing the internal audit plan and participating in the execution of internal audits and providing administrative support for external audits. It is your task to follow-up and adjust the QA documents, draft quality management reports, participate in employee safety and well-being projects, monitor the quality and integrity of our service and to make presentations for training or reporting. Moreover, you follow up statistics and data of waste management and you perform quality checks on the floor.
**What you’ll need**
- Study direction preferably in management / economics or equivalent through experience in a similar position.
- 3 or more years-experience working in a related role
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Excellent organizational and relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work on different tasks at the same time
- Expert in office management tasks and processes, skilled in using document management systems
- Skilled in making reports, statistics and writing texts/procedures.
- You can easily write texts, reports with tabels, statistics
- You are looking for targeted solutions and improvements
- Relevant knowledge of the applicable quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO 22301) is a plus.
