Als **Business Transformation Consultant** vind je het leuk om organisaties in beweging te krijgen. Hierbij kijk je naar organisatiecultuur en -structuur en the Way of Working. Je bent een authoriteit op het gebied van organisatie design en change, (strategic) agile portfolio management, disruptive innovation en business agility. Jij “Lead by example”, met een sterke resultaatgedreven mindset.
Wie we zoeken
- Jij hebt al stevige ervaring opgedaan, door bijvoorbeeld eerdere rollen als Chief Transformation Officer in een organisatie of als een Agile Transformation Lead Consultant bij een consultancy organisatie.
- Als doorwinterde coach en organisatieadviseur, ben je gewend om óók op executive (topmanagement teams
- and organizational level) niveau te acteren, jij bent in staat om organisaties door een transformatie te leiden.
- Met jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten ben je een inspiratie voor jouw omgeving; jij maakt impact en weet het gewenste resultaat bij elke opdracht op te leveren. Je bent een waarde
- en klantgerichte bruggenbouwer.
- Je hebt een passie voor consultancy, waardoor jij op de hoogte bent van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van change management en Agile werken.
- Je benadert actief jouw netwerk, zowel intern als extern.
- Je hebt kennis van transformatie-toolbox die relevant is en waarmee jij klanten en collega’s mee weet te helpen.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met digitale transformatie en organisatieontwikkeling.
- Je hebt een zeer sterke affiniteit met ICT en je begrijpt moderne software engineering principes.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands (en/of Frans) en Engels.
