Samen met de restaurantmanager ben je het gezicht van het restaurant. Jij bent een echte ambassadeur voor het concept
- Operationeel neem jij de lead. In afwezigheid van de manager, neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid vlot over
- Je kan goed overweg met zowel het team als de klant. Je motiveert, inspireert en traint je team
- Naast het optimaliseren van de productiviteit zorg je voor een enthousiast team
- Ook administratie maakt deel uit van je takenpakket: hygiëne rapporten, rapportage, mystery guest rapporten...
- Hospitality is je passie Jij wilt elke klant een geweldige customer service ervaring aanbieden
- Je omschrijft jezelf als iemand die enthousiast en positief ingesteld is
- In stresssituaties kan je rustig blijven en optimaal blijven presteren
- Je hebt enige ervaring in de horeca
- Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands
- Idealiter heb je een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van mensen
- Weekendwerk is voor jou geen probleem, je werkt vrijdag/zaterdag afwisselend. Wil je bijvoorbeeld 38 uur werken op 4 dagen, dan is dat zeker bespreekbaar
- Wij bieden je een voltijdse functie aan binnen een heel leuke zaak in Leuven
- Het gaat om een restaurant in volle expansie
