Visual Merchandising Intern

**Position**:
We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region based in Brussels Head Office, reporting to the Country VM Manager.

This role encompasses two main areas: Visual Merchandising and in-store displays. The intern will be supporting both the VM department and the Brussels Louis Vuitton Store and will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.

**Job responsibilities**:
Support to the Visual Merchandising Team of Benelux & Nordics:

- VISUAL MERCHANDISING: _
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in all tasks related to VM & organization.
- Provide regular feedback to HQ on VM rotations, contractors, pictures.
- Follow the competition on a regular basis.
- Support in preparing presentations related to Visual Merchandising strategies and results.
- Participate in VM calls & trainings.
- IN-STORE DISPLAYS: _
- The intern will help shape the aesthetics and ambiance of Louis Vuitton stores ensuring that the brand's creative direction is upheld, creating an immersive experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to install and deploy windows and in-store displays that align with the brand's guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store by arranging product displays, signage, and props.

**Profile**:

- Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
- Open to alternating between in-store and head office roles, demonstrating flexibility in job responsibilities.
- Strong command of English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Notion in Photoshop and Microsoft Package.
- Advanced organizational skills; ownership.
- Ability to multitask tasks without losing the eye for details.
- Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative essential.

- Start Date : Internship starting in June or July 2025 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location : Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
