Overview Pioneer of online flash sales since 2001 and key player in European e-commerce, Veepee collaborates with over 7,000 brands to offer highly discounted products available for a limited time. Operating across sectors including fashion, home, wine, travel or beauty, Veepee achieved a turnover of 3.3 billion euros incl. VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff across 10 countries. Job Description Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will support the growth of all B2C platforms. You will define the strategy and, with your team, ensure the correct implementation of the daily merchandising of all sites. You will follow B2C performance per country and implement action plans where needed. You will lead a team of 4 B2C Merchandisers (and 3 interns) across all our B2C countries and verticals. Responsibilities Define the Group merchandising strategy and lead its implementation on all B2C platforms (11 site IDs). Develop and apply global and local merchandising guidelines for homepage and tabs; ensure platforms are merchandised following Group guidelines while accounting for local specificities. Coordinate with commercial teams on positioning of banners on the homepage. Optimize daily attractivity and traffic allocation between businesses, Veepee products and marketing support. Develop and use daily quality indicators (e.g., B2C segmentation, Offer quality score) within daily attractivity assessments. Collaborate with planning teams to deliver balanced and optimized planning from a B2C perspective. Contribute to the development of a new daily attractivity tool. Build and improve processes and reporting to drive efficiency and insights (e.g., hiding non-performing sales on the homepage, hiding Brandsplace boutiques when Flash sales of the same brands occur, travel homepage visibility). Monitor B2C performance per platform and set up actions with CRM, Trade, and Project teams to support growth. Identify strategic levers to improve performance per platform and enhance the member experience in collaboration with Growth, Data Science, UX, Agency, and CRM teams. Use data to steer the team’s focus and actions; track full funnel performance and web behavior analytics (Mixpanel) and KPI-based performance (UV, sales entry rate, UDSV, share of voice per business, €/UV, etc.). Own reporting to internal and external stakeholders and manage the B2C Merchandising team (cross-European). Coach team members (OKRs), develop an international mindset, and act as a point of contact for local HR.
