**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- At least 3 years of recent experience in administrative work;
- Sound knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and in the use of SharePoint with experience in maintaining and establishing web pages;
- Excellent command of the English language, with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

**Duties/role**:

- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CSO Management Team and all other team members;
- Serving as the CIS Point of Contact (CISPOC) including the creation of new user accounts and equipment requests, and maintaining equipment holdings records;
- Serving as the Training Coordinator responsible for management of training allocation, training requests and any other training related matters.
