**Job Description**:
As an Analytics Translator you are the link between senior management, business and the data teams. Together you will look for valid data science solutions. You will be part of a team of 4 and will report to the Director Data.

Profile and experience
Profile
You will help the organisation understand what data science/AI is and what value it can generate for Baloise.
You are in contact with senior management to capture data science questions, develop ideas and monitor the project funnel.
You refine use cases and ensure that they are converted into feasible AI solutions. You consult closely with stakeholders from the business and the team of data science experts.
You follow up the implementation of the various solutions and you monitor the realization of the added value.
You ensure that realizations are known in the organization and stimulate further use of AI and data solutions.
You build a good relationship with various stakeholders in the organization.
You involve the business in the search for suitable solutions and take a pulling role to convince them how data and AI can create value for them in their daily activities.

Required experience
You have at least 5 years of experience in setting up strategic data analytics projects.
You have relevant experience in supervising a (project) team and stakeholder management at various levels in the organization.
You have notions of the following languages: Python, R, Matlab, Spark, Scala, Java or C++
You are strong in communication, you can present creatively and visually and you have a healthy dose of persuasiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: €400.00 - €450.00 per day

- Monday to Friday

- Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
