**Your new role**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to take on the role of Supply Chain Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, food planning, and warehousing functions of the supply chain. Your main duties will include optimizing stock levels, managing logistics processes, ensuring proper staff planning, maintaining the ERP system, conducting audits, and managing the department in accordance with safety, security, health, environmental, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall supply chain functions, including procurement, food planning, and warehousing.
- Optimize stock levels and order deliveries on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement logistics processes for seamless operations.
- Plan workforce requirements in the short, mid, and long term.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Conduct audits and patrols to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage the department in accordance with corporate and local regulations and customer requirements.

Procurement Responsibilities:

- Manage the sourcing process from supplier selection to supplier transition.
- Prepare annual procurement planning and resource allocation.
- Analyze and evaluate new and existing suppliers for cost-effective and efficient services.
- Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Develop concepts, products, and services.
- Maintain accurate product cost and pricing structures.

Leadership Responsibilities:

- Coordinate work and address issues with direct reports.
- Develop and train direct reports in collaboration with HR.
- Regularly evaluate the skills and qualifications of direct reports.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement in a leadership position.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- ERP knowledge is required, SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and customer service mindset.
