**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant in regio Zaventem zijn we op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner met internationale ervaring, vanwege de toenemende complexiteit van hun logistieke diensten en de uitbreiding van hun geografisch gebied. Je maakt deel uit van het Europese Supply Chain team.
- Je beheert een goed gedefinieerd productportfolio met regionale verantwoordelijkheden voor end-to-end supply chain activiteiten
- Je voert alle logistieke activiteiten vlot en efficiënt uit, in verschillende domeinen (productie, opslag) in samenwerking met onze logistieke stakeholders (leverancier, transportbedrijf, operaties, magazijn)
- Je instrueert en beheert het transport van verpakte en vloeibare (petro-)chemicaliën per tankwagen, iso-container, spoorwagons, enzovoort.
- Je plant en beheert toegevoegde waarde logistiek (VAL) zoals mengen, ompakken, vaten vullen, enz.
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige levering aan de klant, op basis van de klantvereisten
- Je kiest de transportpartner op basis van de gemaakte afspraken waarbij je de meest concurrerende en aantrekkelijke leverancier selecteert voor de gevraagde criteria
- Je onderhoudt goede relaties met externe dienstverleners (3PL, operaties, vrachtwagen, douane,)
- Je verwerkt Supply Chain gegevens in het ERP en communiceert binnen het bedrijf
- Je houdt je bezig met douanezaken en juiste documentatie
- Je helpt bij het afhandelen van logistieke klachten
- Je controleert de beschikbaarheid en prijs met PM/SM voordat je de specifieke orders bevestigt
- Je houdt je bezig met crisismanagement en coördineert het (snelle, duidelijke en gedetailleerde communicatie naar alle stakeholders)
- Je communiceert en analyseert risico’s met de teamleiders
- Je helpt bij Supply Chain vergaderingen, uitwisseling van informatie en brengt ideeën voor verbetering aan

**Jouw profiel**
- Idealiter beschik je over een eerste ervaring in supply chain of behaalde je een bachelor in logistiek
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Elke andere taal is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goeie kennis excel
- Je kan werken vlot in een ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur Netsuite-Oracle)
- Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig en bent cijfermatig ingesteld.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen zonder het overzicht op het dagelijkse werk te verliezen
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan je makkelijk aanpassen aan andere culturen
