Goodman CE is looking for a **Project Portfolio Manager** to join the Ops Accelerators team, a cross functional team focused on enabling business led digital transformation and building a strategic capability in project management, by delivering solutions (people, process & technology) in the domains of process improvement, business intelligence, knowledge management and technology. More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity: - Provide hands-on support for all project managers in the company by owning and leading the PM Centre of Excellence. - Own and drive the portfolio of End User Computing (EuC) projects (business led digital transformation). - Manage an ongoing 3-year digital transformation program recently launched by Ops Accelerators. - Promote the use and benefits of our tailored PRINCE2 methodologies. - Assist the project assurance roles in their review of projects. - Take up the project management role for any "IT" project such as office moves, infrastructure / network changes, laptop refreshes, cyber security initiatives, etc. **Do you recognize yourself?** - At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management or Portfolio Management role. - Certified in PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner. - Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. - Flexible and getting things done (hands on mentality). - Ability to work independently and drive projects autonomously. - Team player and ability to work within a dynamic team environment. - Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English. - Willingness to travel within Europe (10%). - Experience in construction and or real estate is a plus. - Knowledge of other languages is a plus. **Let's introduce ourselves a little more**: Goodman owns, develops, and manages modern industrial real estate including logistics facilities, data centres and business parks in strategic locations around the world.
