Met de groei van onze activiteiten zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde administratief medewerker voor Home-Connect.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een succesvol intake zodat de eindklant met succes wordt aangesloten op het nieuwe netwerk.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Administrator** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van de informatie van de site surveys zodat alle systemen up-to-date zijn en alle partijen beschikken over de juiste informatie.

Hierbij sta je in voor de volgende taken:

- Verwerken van de survey data in het systeem van onze opdrachtgever.
- Opvolgen van de surveys die uitgevoerd worden door onze werkvoorbereiders.
- Als back-up fungeren voor je collega’s waar nodig.
- Controleren van de uitgevoerde surveys.
- Opzetten en uitvoeren van de nodige vervolgacties op basis van de survey.
- Opbouwen en bewaken van de processen binnen de afdeling Home-Connect.

- Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Mechelen, met de mogelijkheid voor telewerk.
- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

- Kennis van graafwerken en van aansluitingen op het glasvezelnetwerk is een plus, maar geen must.
- Met jouw ervaring weet je precies hoe je nieuwe uitdagingen succesvol aanpakt.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen om problemen op te lossen.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en kostenbewust.
- Plannen en organiseren zijn je niet onbekend.
- Je blijft rustig onder druk en houdt het overzicht gemakkelijk.
- Flexibiliteit is voor jou erg belangrijk.
- Je bent assertief en stressbestendig.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.
- Elke dag zie je als een kans om het project en het bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
