Doelstelling van de functie?
De Manager Accounting is verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de administraties van de verschillende entiteiten. Maand/jaarafsluiting, verzekeringen en de periodieke aangiftes behoren ook tot het taken pakket. Geeft leiding aan het accounting team van 4 personen; maar is tevens hand-on en werkt mee in de uitvoering.
Wat zal je in de rol van Manager Accounting doen?
- Controle van de operationele boekhouding.
- Analyseren van de maandelijkse resultaten en de administratieve processen.
- Beheer van de cash flow en cash flow rapportering
- Detecteren en aanpakken van verbetervoorstellen van de administratieve processen.
- Opstellen van de maandafsluiting.
- Uitvoeren van de maandelijkse BTW-aangifte en EU listing.
- Ondersteunen bij jaarafsluiting, opmaken jaarrekening, ondersteuning interne en externe audits, opmaken fiscaal dossier.
- Aansturen, begeleiden, coachen en motiveren van de medewerkers. Organiseren van de werkzaamheden en taakverdeling binnen de afdeling en controleren van de uitvoering. Je rapporteert hierbij rechtstreeks aan de CFO
- Ad hoc projecten in samenspraak met de CFO

Wat hebben wij van jou nodig?
- Bachelorsdiploma in bedrijfseconomie, of vergelijkbaar verkregen door ervaring
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie en vergelijkbare omgeving
- Kennis van de organisatie en de samenhang binnen de onderdelen.
- Goede kennis van boekhouding in een internationale omgeving.
- Talenkennis : Grondige kennis van Nederlands, Frans, Engels
