**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and help enact the defined recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent in the aerospace industry.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,a related field or through similar experience
- first experience in recruitment, specifically in an industrial field
- Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, more specifically outlook and Excel.
- Flexibility to work on different locations within Belgium
