**The role**
As a recruitment specialist in our Data & Platform team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the data and platform space. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary goal will be to connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities that leverage their expertise in data management, analytics, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet our clients' hiring goals and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to ensure the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service.
**Qualifications**
- You speak French OR Dutch AND English.
- You feel comfortable on the phone.
- You are ambitious and dynamic.
- You are stress resistant and enjoy challenges.
- Knowledge of data management, analytics, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate.
