ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.

**Context**

As the App & Web Product Owner, you will work within an agile team on the development and further expansion of digital projects. You represent the business perspective in these projects, gather information from various parties and do UX research into the needs of the market and end users.

Working together with your team according to the principles of agile working, more specifically according to the scrum method. You work with the designer(s), developers, tester(s) and analyst(s) to realize the digital roadmap.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Looking at this within the context and the existing digital strategy of the client, taking it into account.
- Representation of the customer's interest
- Collecting information from other services within and outside our organization (e.g. membership, Confidence, etc.)
- Keeping internal customers informed of developments.
- Consulting with other product owners.
- Looking at the impact of changes in the from the perspective of your internal customers and bracing them for it when necessary.
- Keeping the end user in mind and ensuring that the solution is user-friendly and meeting their needs.
- UX research to figure out the needs of the end user.
- Determining the business requirements and following up on the product backlog
- Developing user stories based on the business requirements, that the agile team can use to get started
- Coordinating the testing of the solution and providing the development team complete feedback.
- Taking responsibility in making decisions with the team and determining the order in which the product backlog is recorded.
- Ensuring clear communication with the team so everyone is on board with the objectives and requirements of the projects they are working on. This also includes providing a clear description of the items, so the project team understands the items from the Product Backlog.
- Taking care of the follow-up and maintenance of existing projects.
- Follow-up and collaboration with the agile team
- Following up on the functional analysis and giving feedback to the functional analyst. Making decisions where necessary.
- Taking the final decision and responsibility for the solution and the decisions made.
- Keeping an eye on the progress of the project and following it up.
- Monitoring the budget and making adjustments where necessary.
- Overarching
- Acting as a discussion partner/expert when other Product Owners need it.
- Delving into trends and evolutions in the field of web and digital services.

**Qualifications** Your profile**
- Ideally a master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- Working with different parties and resulting restrictions does not scare you.
- Able to set priorities.
- Stress resistant.
- Customer focus is a guiding principle in all your work.
- You keep a global overview and can delegate.
- You are fluent in Dutch & English

**Technical skills**
- Able to quickly familiarize yourself with new material.
- Analytical and critical by nature. You question solutions.
- Experience in product ownership, or, in general, with digital projects, is a must.
- Quality of delivery is your top priority.
