**SGS Health Sciences **carries out all type of services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, from coordination and running of clinical trials with new molecules or techniques on human beings, to support and consultancy on post marketing registration activities. **SGS Health Sciences **has also expertise in the quality control of pharmaceuticals.

In the spirit of continued growth and to help improve our business, we are currently seeking for a **Clinical Trial Assistant (focus on data management).**

Job Description

**Your day to day activities include**:

- Follow-up answered DM queries from investigational sites in the electronic Data Collection Tool
- Handle patient reported outcome questionnaires, diaries and other trial related documents
- Handle trial status and progress reports on clinical study data to different parties
- Assist the Clinical Data Managers with several data cleaning activities
- Quality checks on study documents in the Clinical electronic Trial Master Files
- Preparing submission documents for the authorities by bookmarking
- Archival of clinical trial documents and communicate with the clients
- User acceptance testing and validation of electronic systems

Qualifications
**What do you need to be successful?**
- You have obtained a **bachelor’s degree in Medical Management Assistant / Office Management** or equivalent through experience;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and have strong communication skills
- You are not afraid to reach out to different parties and take initiative to solve issues;
- MS office does not have secrets for you

Last but not least, you can recognize yourself in the following characteristics: team player, communicative, flexible, very accurate and with an eye for detail, respect for deadlines.
