**Een dag in het leven van een Operations & Implementation Officer**
- Je bent de tussenpersoon tussen onze klanten en onze leverancier voor de uitwisseling

van (nieuwe) klantgegevens (klantenservice functie).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van de kwaliteit van de gegevens van de

debiteurenportefeuille (debiteurendownloadbestanden, facturen, limieten, etc.).

Je wijst inkomende betalingen correct toe.

Je toont interesse in IT-taal (beveiligingscertificaten) en boekhoudpakketten (SAP, Odoo,
Eact,....).

- goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de bereidheid om de klant te helpen bij het implementeren van een factoring / Commercial Finance-oplossing.
- een goede teamgeest, in staat om de dossiers van onze klanten van begin tot eind met succes te beheren
- goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans (Engels is een pluspunt) je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van E
- cel (o.a. power query opzetten) en je wil kennis van VBA en Power BI uitbreiden
- bereid om uitdagingen aan te gaan en bij te leren.

**Als Operations & Implementation Officer, zal u de opportuniteit krijgen om**:

- een volledig profiel zoals een lid van het CLT ontwikkelen dat zowel back-office taken als klantencontacten omvat.
- Ontwikkelen binnen Commercial Finance (een kleine, dynamische entiteit van ING) (voorbeelden van toekomstige functies: Credit Manager, Account Manager, Internal Auditor, enz.)

**Het team**
In de backoffice van ING Commercial Finance speel je een sleutelrol in het opzetten van een factoringoplossing voor onze klanten en help je hen een langetermijnrelatie uit te bouwen.
