**Division description**:
TFS EARO Sales and Marketing Division is responsible for the coordination of the Sales and Marketing strategy and business development of all 19 TFS affiliated companies across Europe and Africa Region. Main roles of the Brussels team is to work closely with the Toyota Motor Sales and Marketing Division in defining and driving Toyota future commercial strategy for the European region, VLV Vehicles Life Value, as well as to support its implementation within the local markets. To drive financial performance across our affiliated companies by identifying and implementing best practice across our sister companies at regional level.

**Business Growth**

Support TFS’s business growth by performing benchmarking analysis, provide guidance on opportunities to increase New and Used Vehicles financing across the European markets.

**Performance analysis tools and reporting solutions**

The TFS EARO Sales and Marketing Division supports the creation of reports, maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systemsto drive local national markets performance across the European Region.

**Your responsibilities**:
As an analyst, working within the VLV Strategy and Performance Management Department at the TFS EARO you will provide punctual, high quality and consistent data analytics, insight curation, performance reporting and project identification to your Senior Management ad Executive teams. This role provides continual exposure to high-level Toyota executives and a real insight into all 19 European TFS markets.

Daily tasks will include:

- sales and financial performance analyses and benchmarking
- designing dashboards
- support governance process through preparation of necessary supporting documents and presenting monthly results to the management team.
- pro-actively suggest and propose improvements or changes to existing tools, reports and processes.

Your profile:
Education: final year of Bachelor / Master degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Mathematics.
- Automotive minded and knowledge of European market (sales volumes, market shares, competitors )
- Strong analytical (manage complex set of parameters) and visualisation skills
- Highly developed ability to be critical with facts and figures -working with numbers and data
- Self-starter attitude, taking initiative and not afraid of responsibility
- Ability to plan your work according to deadlines - able to work under strong pressure
- Innovative mind, with drive for continuous improvement
- A clear communicator able to present complex items in a simple way
- Sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Flexible team player with hands-on mentality
- Mature business manners as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to build consensus, which allow you to move at ease within an international environment on all levels.
- Fluent English is a must, other languages are assets.
