**Description de l'emploi**
Deze functie zorgt ervoor dat de projecten veilig uitgevoerd worden binnen het bereikte
verkoopbudget, binnen de gewenste termijn van de klant, met de juiste kwaliteit en aan
de voordeligste kostprijs.
- Beheer van meerdere projecten en dossiers opmaken van calculaties en offertes.
- Opmaken van meetstaten, vorderingsstaten en opvolging van facturatie.
- Opvolging prestaties en beschikbaarheid van medewerkers en onderaannemers.
- Opvolging beschikbaarheid van materieel.
- Onderhouden contacten met klanten, bouwheer, architecten, studiebureaus en besturen.
- Opvolgen oplevering van de werken.
- Maandelijkse financiële rapportering voor projecten.

**Le profil**
- Je hebt minimum een A1-opleiding of is gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
- Je bent vlot communicatief.
- Je bent drietalig : Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Je bent geslaagd voor de veiligheidsopleiding VCA-leidinggevenden of neemt de nodige schikkingen om binnen de 3 maanden na indiensttreding hieraan te voldoen.
